As head of content at Setka, I was tasked with prepping the company for their western market product launch, priming the brand for an eventual acquisition by TinyMCE. Here’s an overview of what I did during my time on the job:
- Led content strategy and execution
- Wrote, edited and transcreated all articles, case studies and on-site copy for setka.io, its help center and two adjoining publications (Áccent and Setka Blog)
- Conceptualized and created eBooks and other educational resources
- Created all UX copy for Setka Editor
- Created brand, editorial and style guidelines
- Managed designers and freelancers
